Thank you for shopping at RETVIBES PRINTS (retvibes.com). We are committed to delivering your art prints safely, efficiently, and with the utmost care. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

2. LOCAL FULFILLMENT & PRODUCTION TIMES

All of our art prints are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand) to ensure premium print quality and minimize environmental waste.

  • Production Time: Orders are typically printed, quality-checked, and packaged within 1–2 business days. During peak seasonal periods or promotional sales, production may take up to 4–5 business days.
  • Local Printing Network: To provide fast delivery and eliminate unexpected custom delays, we produce and fulfill orders locally from specialized printing facilities situated directly within the United States, United Kingdom, and the European Union.

3. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has completed production and been handed over to the courier, estimated transit times are as follows:

Please note: Transit times are estimates provided by shipping carriers and exclude weekend days, public holidays, and unforeseen weather or logistics delays.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package in real-time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier’s system.

5. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

  • US, UK, and EU Destinations: Prices listed on retvibes.com are inclusive of applicable sales taxes/VAT, and orders shipped to addresses within the US, UK, and EU are fulfilled locally—meaning no additional import duties or customs fees will apply upon delivery.

 

  • Rest of the World (International Shipping): Orders shipped outside of the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or administrative customs fees assessed by the destination country's customs authority.
    • The customer (importer of record) is solely responsible for paying any and all import taxes, duties, and clearance charges imposed upon arrival.
    • RETVIBES PRINTS has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
    • Refusal to Pay Customs Fees / Returned Packages: If a customer refuses to pay the required import duties or customs clearance fees, resulting in the package being abandoned, destroyed, or returned to our fulfillment facility, no refunds will be issued. As all items are custom made-to-order, shipping costs and production costs cannot be recovered in the event of customs rejection.

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us or lost due to an invalid address entered at checkout, reshipment costs may be charged to the customer.
