We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

  • Age Requirement: By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence (e.g., 18 years old in most jurisdictions), or that you are the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
  • Legal Use: You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright and intellectual property laws).
  • Account Security: You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

4. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. PRODUCTS & PRINT-ON-DEMAND FULFILLMENT

All products listed on retvibes.com are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand).

  • Local Fulfillment: To provide the fastest delivery and reduce environmental footprint, orders placed within the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union are produced and shipped using local printing facilities located within those respective regions.
  • Product Display: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, screen calibration differences mean we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% exact.

6. PRICING, TAXES, AND CURRENCY

  • Tax-Inclusive Pricing: All retail prices listed on our website for destinations in the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union are inclusive of applicable sales taxes / VAT.
  • International Import Duties: For deliveries outside the US, UK, and EU, orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. The customer (importer of record) is solely responsible for paying all such additional import taxes and clearance fees.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders delivered to the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union.
  • Fulfillment Time: Production typically takes 2–5 business days prior to dispatch.
  • Delays Beyond Control: Delivery estimates are non-binding. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs holds, or force majeure events.

8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

  • Cancellations: As products are custom-printed upon ordering, cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of order placement. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
  • Damaged / Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will issue a replacement or full refund.
  • Right of Withdrawal Notice (EU & UK): EU and UK customers acknowledge that art prints are made-to-order according to individual specifications upon checkout. Statutory withdrawal rights for generic off-the-shelf goods do not apply once production has commenced, except for damaged or misprinted items.

9. PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; or (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All artwork, designs, branding, logos, graphics, and text displayed on retvibes.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Vintstep FZ-LLC. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Vintstep FZ-LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or contractors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service. 

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory statutory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence (US, UK, or EU).
